WE PROVIDE CARE SUPPORT

Who we are?

Vulnerable individuals, either children or adults, are more susceptible to abuse or neglect. They are more likely to be ignored and/or excluded. Due to medical condition, age and abuse; they could be non-verbal or non-expressive hence not being able to effectively communicate to get the support they need.

Due to this Laniwyn Care Services becomes a bridge between where they are (undesirable place) to where they need to be (desirable place).

We are a domiciliary service that provides a person-centred support to vulnerable individuals in their homes; 24hrs a day, all year round. We recruit and train experienced carers that truly care and would place the need of the client first.

We employ the use of contemporary IT systems for monitoring and tracking the quality of our service.

We understand fulfilling potential is key, so our strategy in ensuring this is as follows:

  • We promote the Accessible Information Standard. This ensures that client information is effectively gathered and easily accessed by the right individuals
  • We promote Respect. This ensures our clients are listened to and things that are important to them are important to us.
  • We promote Equality. This ensures that the is zero tolerance for discrimination. Regardless of age, sex, sexuality, gender etc needs come first.
  • We promote Dignity. This ensures that our support is delivered in such a way that clients’ values are upheld and respected.
  • We promote Autonomy and Independency. This ensures that our clients can exercise their choice and control.
  • We promote fairness. This ensures that clients’ needs are gathered effectively with no compromise.

These are not tests designed to catch you out but rather to help and support you and enable you to do your job better and in line with Laniwyn Care standards.

Due to our carers using their own cars to travel between the Service Users homes, it is mandatory that you have business insurance on your car. If you do not have this, you may not be covered if you have a collision whilst out caring. It is usually free to change your insurance to include business use, just contact your insurance company and let them know you will be using your car for work purposes You will be asked to produce your insurance documentation at your interview.

Paula Storey

The care service is the best I have had for a long time. I have being listened to regarding how the care should be delivered and carers have continued to work in this way and not reverted back to how they think. Carers are very professional.

Sheila Bladen

I am really happy using this company care service because their carer makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this service

Pearson Family

We as a family just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the fantastic service that was provided by the carers and the managers who looked after our Mum.
We had excellent channels of communication with constant updates and feedback on any developments or requirements regarding Mum’s care, and every member of staff should be commended for the efficient yet caring manner in which they all carried out their work.
You can be justifiably proud of the team of professionals you have at Laniwyn Care Services. They were simply brilliant.

Lloyd's Family

This care company are amazing and have been working wonders for my son.
He is now happy to venture outside with his career and venture different things without his dad or myself fighting to get him out. I am hoping that this can continue as it is making life at lot easier to be able to deal with the challenges we face as a family.
I honestly can not say we have come across any negatives as they are always in contact if there is an issue and give me feedback too about Lloyd. It’s a pleasure to have them helping my son.
He has built up a really good bond with them and loves having the independence with them.
